This will be noted on the product description or you will be contacted for approval prior to fulfillment. Backorders No backorders on any on shipments outside the contiguous 48 United States. APO Addresses Orders are shipped via USPS, and typically take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. International Shipments Trail Ridge Outdoors does not currently have the capability to handle International Shipments through our website. Please feel free to call and we may be able to assist on a case by case basis. Expedited Shipping All expedited shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS Next Day or 2 Day. We reserve the right to add an additional shipping charge for some oversized items. In those cases we will notify you of our exact shipping costs and obtain your approval before shipping the item you have requested. Remember all Air shipments represent the Next, 2 Day or 3 Business days after your order is shipped. For example if you order a product via UPS Next Day Air on Thursday before 12:00 noon. If the product is in stock you will get it by Friday (One business day after the order). If you order it 2 Day air you will get it on Monday (Two business days after the order) or 3 Day air you will get it on Tuesday (Three business days after the order). Business days represent Monday through Friday. Saturday Delivery is available for a small fee. Please call our customer service department should you need assistance regarding expedited shipping. Inclement Weather and Acts of God Please note that shipping delays due to inclement weather and/or acts of God can occasionally happen especially during winter months. These things are beyond our control. UPS will not refund shipping charges due to late delivery under these circumstances. We will do our best to inform you if this situation arises. RETURNS, WARRANTIES & SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES Our goal is for our customers to 100% satisfied. You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange. All return or exchange items must be unused and in the original, unopened, packaging with all tags attached and manuals included. Trail Ridge Outdoors will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. - Apparel and Footwear may be tried for size and fit but must not be soiled and all tags must be attached. CDs, videos, and computer software, if opened, these items may only be exchanged for same items.
- All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
- Please call for a Return Authorization number (RA#). To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. We will tell you the most efficient means of return. All product returned without an R.A.# will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee.
Refunds If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issues a refund check sent under separate cover. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping and handling will not be refunded on refusals. Exchanges Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be re-billed.
